Top Ten Most Anticipated Book Releases

This week’s topic for the Top Ten List from The Broke and the Bookish is… The Top Ten Most Anticipated Releases for the First Half of 2016.

Be sure to stop by their site to visit other bloggers participating in this week’s topic. Here’s the link.

My books aren’t in any particular order. Be sure to stop by and comment if any of my books made your list!

Top Ten Most Anticipated Releases for 2016

  1. Into the Night (Night Prince #4) by Jeaniene Frost
  2. Fire Touched (Mercy Thompson #9) by Patricia Briggs
  3. The Beast (Black Dagger Brotherhood #14) by J.R. Ward
  4. Midnight Marked (Chicagoland Vampires #12) by Chloe Neill
  5. Unholy Luck (Downside Ghosts #6) by Stacia Kane
  6. Born of Legend (The League #11) by Sherrilyn Kenyon
  7. Catch a Tiger by the Tale (THIRDS #6) by Charlie Cochet
  8. The Mermaid Murders by Josh Lanyon

Well, after putting my list together, it appears that most of my books fall into the PNR/ Urban Fantasy Genre. I did manage to sneak in a couple of M-M Romance titles at the end.

I’m hoping that Todd Moss and Daniel Silva will have new releases as well (in the Spy/Thriller Genre).  I have to say that I feel like a bit of a slacker, only coming up with 8 titles. Darn! If you have any recommendations, please let me know!

  1. Number seven I can definitely agree with – Poor Charlie is getting nagged to death on Facebook because people are impatient. Of course the excerpts she puts in her newsletter and in the Thirds Thursdays help a bit.

Great list – I think I found a few new authors to try from your recent posts, so, I thank you, but, my book budget doesn’t LOL.

  2. Great list! I’ve only read the first three books in the Chicagoland Vampires series, I don’t really know why I stopped, are the later books still as good?
