While I realized I had work ahead of me to promote my release, Tumbling in Time, I had no idea just how much! I had a crazy singing weekend with concerts and rehearsals. No writing or promoting for me – sadly. Although, performing Randol Alan Bass’s Gloria with the Maryland Symphony totally rocked!! That is probably my top musical experience in my limited career. I confess that I’m even sad that we won’t be performing it again soon.
So, now I need to be signing up for blog hops, updating websites, and all other kinds of things to get my name and story out there. I started a Goodreads author page and updated my Amazon author page. I still need to update my website. I want to give a shout-out to Kara Leigh Miller for featuring my story on her blog – yay! Thanks so much, girl 🙂
I’m still managing to read. Thank goodness! I just finished Pride Mates by Jennifer Ashley. I also finished Rapture by J. R. Ward. Pride Mates was a unique take on mostly feline shifters. Liam and Kim made a great couple. Liam is a sexy Irishman with stunning blue eyes. He is a badass feline shifter. Kim is a tough defense attorney who isn’t afraid of much. Together, the pair tackle Fergus and his henchmen.
Of course, Rapture was good. I really liked that Matthias had forgotten his evil past and fell for Mels. Besides, Matthias and Jim made a kick-ass team. Well, with Adrian, too, who made a great sacrifice in this story. I’m seeing some intertwining of the BDB – gonna get even better!! Plus, I have to mention the reveal about Dog – very cool!!
Time for blogging is done. Back to my author profile on Goodreads. It’s always something, isn’t it?
Thank you for the shout out and you’re welcome on my blog anytime =)
And I agree, Denise! Being an author is a lot of work and sometimes the promotional work can take away from the fun of writing, but I wouldn’t want to be doing anything else.

I do love writing – I just wish I had more time to devote to it. Maybe some day!
