Too much work and no play leaves me grumpy and unproductive! Today is my Thursday, and I must say I am really looking forward to my weekend. I hope to go for a mountain bike ride at some point, and I need to shop for a sundress for an outdoor wedding. Before I know it, time will pass by, and I will be back to the grind.
Not much writing happening in this scenario. That is so not a good thing! I have a couple of story ideas floating around in my head. If nothing else, I may work on some Sample Sunday posts, so please check back.
I’m still reading – can’t give that up no matter how tired my eyes get! Thank goodness for my Kindle and the ability to increase the font size. I’d be lost without it! I downloaded a freebie on the Kindle last night, a romantic suspense by Autumn Jordan. It is titled, His Witness to Evil. So far it is your standard romantic suspense – FBI agent protecting a divorced mother and her two children from the mafia bad guys. I like the fact it is set in northern PA – I’m familiar with that area so I find it interesting to see how Ms. Jordan describes it.
If my eyes weren’t so freaking tired at night, I would get back to reading Gena Showalter’s The Darkest Seduction. I am dying to find out what happens between Paris and Sienna. I must admit that their reunion in the castle wasn’t quite what I was expecting. William definitely picked up on that one, too! Again, back to the not enough hours in the day issue.
